Professional users
The QLII service is intended for use in connection with a professional activity. By creating an account or subscribing to a plan, the user declares that they are acting for the purposes of their professional activity and have the authority required to bind the activity concerned.
Account creation
Access to certain features requires the creation of an account. The user agrees to provide accurate information, keep it up to date and protect the confidentiality of their credentials. The user is responsible for actions carried out through their account and must report any suspicious or unauthorized use.
The QLII service
Depending on the subscribed plan, QLII notably allows users to create one or more professional business pages, publish information about an activity, add links and contact methods, upload media, generate QR codes, view certain analytics and access customization or SEO features.
Plans and pricing
The applicable plans, features and prices are those displayed on the Pricing page at the time of subscription. QLII may change its prices; any change applies to future renewals and does not affect a subscription period that has already been paid.
Trial period
QLII may offer a free trial period. Its duration and conditions are specified at the time of registration or subscription. Once it ends, access to paid features may require a subscription.
Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe. QLII does not store full payment card details. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
Billing
Invoices are provided electronically. The user must provide accurate billing information. Where QLII benefits from the French VAT exemption scheme, VAT is not charged in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
Late or failed payment
If a payment is rejected or fails, QLII may attempt the charge again and may suspend access to paid features if the payment issue persists. For professional customers, late payment penalties and a fixed recovery fee of €40 may apply in accordance with applicable regulations.
Cancellation
The user may cancel their subscription from their account. Cancellation prevents automatic renewal but does not immediately end a period that has already been paid for. Access to the plan features remains available until the end of the current billing period, except in cases of payment failure or breach of these terms.
User-published content
The user remains the owner of the content they publish on QLII. They grant QLII the technical rights necessary to host, display and adapt that content to the format required to provide the service. The user guarantees that they hold the necessary rights and permissions for all published texts, images, videos, logos and other content.
Prohibited content
QLII must not be used to publish unlawful, fraudulent or misleading content, content that infringes third-party rights, malicious software, or content intended to disrupt the operation of the service. QLII may suspend or remove any content that is manifestly unlawful or contrary to these terms.
Service availability
QLII uses reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of the service but cannot guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable, particularly due to maintenance, updates, technical incidents or events beyond QLII’s control.
Third-party services
QLII uses technical service providers to operate its service, including Microsoft Azure for hosting, Stripe for payments and subscriptions, Brevo for email delivery and Cloudflare Turnstile for form protection.
Liability
QLII provides a tool that allows users to present and promote their activity. QLII does not guarantee any level of traffic, search engine ranking, revenue, bookings or commercial results. The user remains solely responsible for the information published, the products or services offered, relationships with their own customers and compliance with the regulations applicable to their activity.
Account suspension and closure
QLII may suspend or close an account in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these terms, fraud or attempted fraud, use that compromises the operation or security of the service, manifestly unlawful content, or persistent payment failure. Where possible, the user will be informed in advance.
Changes to these terms
QLII may amend these terms to reflect legal, regulatory, technical or functional changes. In the event of a substantial change affecting an ongoing subscription, the users concerned will be informed within a reasonable period before the change takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before referring the matter to the competent courts.
